The deal, in one page.
attesta.to is in private preview. By joining the waitlist or using the dashboard you agree to the terms below. They're short.
attesta.to lets a creator list a brand collaboration, sends the brand contact a one-click confirmation email, and — if they confirm — displays a verified badge on the creator's public profile.
The verification is the brand's attestation. We don't sign contracts on their behalf, perform legal due diligence, or guarantee that whoever clicks "confirm" is authorised by the brand. Treat verified badges as that one human at that brand said yes, not as a court ruling.
Don't list collaborations that didn't happen. Don't use someone else's email to fake an attestation on their behalf. Don't scrape, automate signups, or hammer our APIs.
We can suspend or remove any account or signup that abuses the system — no notice required while we're still in private preview.
Anything you upload — your name, photo, links, listed collabs — stays yours. By posting it on a public profile you give us a non-exclusive, revocable licence to display it as part of the service. Delete the row, the licence ends.
Verified badges, brand logos, and the layout of the public profile are ours. Don't replicate the badge look outside the platform in a way that misrepresents another creator as verified.
The service is provided as is. We don't promise uninterrupted uptime, that every reminder email lands, or that the waitlist will convert into general access on a particular date. We also don't accept liability for indirect or consequential damages — lost deals, lost ad spend, lost weekends — to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We'll update these terms as the product grows out of private preview. Material changes get a heads-up email if you're on the waitlist or have an account; the "Last updated" date in the sidebar always reflects the current version.
Governed by the laws of Portugal. Any dispute that can't be resolved over email goes to the courts of Lisbon.
